60 Weird and Wacky Hearses

Crazy Hearse 04 e1383114586147 560x294A hearse is a funerary vehicle used to carry a coffin from a church or funeral home to a cemetery, and is custom made to perform that function. Pop Culture is full of examples of old Hearses being used for alternate purposes, most famously the Ectomobile from Ghostbusters. Technically it was a converted ambulance, but back in its time the Miller-Meteor served dual purposes with the same vehicle.

Hearse conversion doesn’t stop there, as we’ve found great examples of monster trucks, drag racers, tailgate rigs, art cars, and many more. We even uncovered an impressive variety of hearse vehicles from history, and modern day versions which offer a new take on the classic casket carrier. All together, we’ve curated an amazing gallery of sixty macabre motors, to help you celebrate Halloween.
