6Q: Adam – Arrowhead Addict

Six Questions with:

Adam – Arrowhead Addict

Today we interview Adam of Arrowhead Addict (Chiefs Blog) and Lake Show Life (Lakers Blog). Both are on the Fan-Sided Blog network which he co-owns with his brother Zach. Apparently Adam had difficulty giving me brief answers.

Six Questions:

Who is your favorite Athlete?
All time? Reggie Miller followed closely by Derrick Thomas and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Reg and D.T. were two class acts who were uncanny finishers — they had that whole Brad Lidge thing going on. My old man used to call me Kareem as a kid, too, because I was tall. Love the Captain. Now, Anderson Silva, Kobe Bryant and Tony Gonzalez.

Who is your favorite Hottie?
Right now? Anne Hathaway. I just have a thing for tall, classically beautiful brunettes, especially smart, talented ones. I’ve also always had a thing for latinas, so Eva Mendes, Penelope Cruz, etc. If I could travel back in time, hmmmm, Faye Dunaway. She could be my Bonnie any day.

Who is your favorite Comedian?
This is nearly impossible to do, but…
1. Eddie Murphy, 2. Bill Maher, 3.George Carlin, 4. Richard Pryor, 5. Lisa Lampenelli

What is your favorite Movie?
Just depends…Citizen Kane is probably the best film ever made. Network is probably the best script ever written, well, that or maybe Chinatown. Vertigo is amazing. Personally, I love The Empire Strikes Back as much as anything ever made, and Back to the Future, Ghostbusters and Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark aren’t far behind. As far as comedy is concerned, I love Being There, Beverly Hills Cop, Groundhog Day and Kingpin. Sports-wise? Hoop Dreams and Raging Bull. This decade, Children of Men, The Dark Knight, Oldboy, The Prestige and There Will Be Blood have been my favorites. I like foreign films, Woody Allen and even Michael Bay playing with Transformers. Basically, this is the most difficult question you could have ever asked me, hence the response (like 20 movies!)

What is your favorite Gadget?
My Blu-Ray and HD DVD players (they don’t make ’em any more, but you can scoop the players and like 500 movies for dirt cheap).

What is your favorite Beer?
After a long, serious relationship, I broke up with Booze. Back in the day, though, my favorites were anything Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Hoegaarden and Boulevard Holiday Brew (Kansas City represent!). Just throwin ’em back? Miller Lite.
