Scottie Pippen – Basketball Player
Scottie Pippen is a retired basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is most remembered for his time with the Chicago Bulls, with whom he was instrumental to six NBA Championships and their record 1996 season of 72 wins. Pippen, along with Michael Jordan, played an important role in popularizing the NBA around the world during the 1980s and 1990s.
Scottie Pippen was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame yesterday along with former Boston Celtics guard Dennis Johnson, the 1992 Dream Team, former Utah jazz forward Karl Malone and New Jersey high school coach Bob Hurley Sr.
