7Up Ten Commercial 560x277Every day something appears on the Internet that once again confirms that there are a ton of talented people in the world, and many of them are fully capable of producing a product superior to that of professionals. It’s that concept which has led some brands to employ Commercial Contests for their new advertising campaigns. 7UP did just that for the launch of their new product, 7UP TEN, and the results are truly compelling.

They asked aspiring film makes to create :30 spots and then awarded prize money to the winners. We’re guessing it cost less than an ad agency, and delivered far more creative results. Here are a couple of our favorites.
