While Clinton Portis was the undisputed king of costumes for one memorable season in Washington, he has plenty of competition for the craziest outfit. Some of these costumes were for purposes other than Halloween, but any time a professional athlete gets dressed up, it makes us happy. One thing we learned, athletes like to show a lot of leg.
