Breakfast and More at Taco Bell

Taco-Bell-BreakfastThe folks at Taco Bell have been breaking a bunch of news recently, and none is bigger than their announcement from this morning, that they’ll soon be serving breakfast. Taco Bell Breakfast will be available in restaurants nationwide starting March 27, 2014 from 7am to 11am, or earlier. The breakfast menu includes the highly anticipated and revolutionary Waffle Taco, the all-in-one A.M. Crunchwrap™, and the already loved Cinnabon® Delights™.

Breakfast-Burrito

While those are the headliners, we must be more conservative with our breakfast tastes, as we’re looking forward to their line of Breakfast Burritos and Tacos. Although we’d really love to see some peppers and onions in there.

“Fans already like to come to Taco Bell for lunch and dinner, and they share with us their love of late night. Now they’re not just asking, but telling us they want Taco Bell Breakfast,” said Taco Bell President, Brian Niccol.

XXL-Steak-Taco

So while that’s certainly the big news, it comes on the heels of some other recent Taco Bell related goodness. Just last week they announced the XXL Crispy Steak Taco:

The XXL Crispy Steak Taco features double the marinated steak, fully loaded with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, avocado ranch sauce and reduced fat sour cream, all in a new crispy shell. The XXL Crispy Steak Taco will be available beginning Thursday, February 27 at participating restaurants nationwide priced at $2.99, with the shredded chicken option priced at $2.79 and seasoned ground beef option priced at $2.49.

Taco-Bell-BeveragesBack in January, the big news came in the form of new beverage offerings:

The news continues with a total of six NEW beverages being added at select Taco Bell locations starting immediately and expanding nationally through 2014. The three new carbonated soft drinks are “Manzanita Sol®”, the low-calorie “Diet Mtn Dew Baja Blast” and “Mtn Dew Sangrita Blast.” The three non-carbonated drinks include two bold flavors from Brisk: the tropically-inspired “Brisk® Mango Fiesta,” and a new refreshing mix combining Brisk Iced Tea and Lemonade , as well as zero-calorie and nutrient-enhanced “SoBe® Lifewater™ Yumberry Pomegranate.”

Finally, this last piece of news is actually courtesy of Buzzfeed, and not through official Taco Bell channels, but it might be the most exciting. We’ve previously explored the secret menu at McDonald’s, but this video highlights the secret offerings you may be able to order at your local Taco Bell :
