Conviction on DVD and Blu-ray

conviction 300x300

I was able to check out the film Conviction and I enjoyed it a lot. It stars Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell (who I loved in Iron Man 2). Both of the actors do a superb job in their portrayals of a sister helping out her wrongly accused brother, in a story based on real life events.

Swank plays Betty Anne Waters, a young woman whose world is turned upside down when her brother Kenny (Rockwell) is convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. Betty is thoroughly convinced of his innocence, so she goes on an 18-year journey to set Kenny free, using state-of-the-art forensic technology.

The bonus features include a behind-the-scenes interview with the real Betty Anne Waters. Conviction is available on February1st on both Blu-ray and DVD for the suggested retail prices of $39.99 and $29.98. Check out the Fox Store or Amazon.co. However, if you follow us on Twitter and you can win the DVD version. Here’s a scene from the film.
