Enter Winning Movie Moments

Movie fans have a unique way to participate in Awards Season via a contest giving them starring roles. The Winning Movie Moments contest invites participants to recite some of the world’s most memorable movie lines from 10 award-winning films :

  1. Gone with the Wind (WB 1/24-3/12) – “If I have to lie, steal, cheat or kill. As God is my witness, I’ll never be hungry again.”
  2. Casablanca (WB – 1/24-3/12) – “Of all the gin joints, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine.”
  3. Godfather – (Paramount 1/24-3/12) “I’m gonna make him an offer he can’t refuse.”
  4. Annie Hall (MGM 1/24-3/12)- “La-di-da, la-di-da, la la.”
  5. Ghost (Paramount 1/24-3/12)- “Molly, you in danger girl.”
  6. Silence of the Lambs (MGM 1/24-3/12) – “A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.”
  7. Forrest Gump (Paramount 1/24-3/12) “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get.”
  8. Erin Brockovich – (Universal 1/24-3/12)“How about this for a number… 6, that’s how old my daughter is, 8 is the age of my son, 2 is the number of times I’ve been divorced, 16 is the number of dollars I have in my bank account.”
  9. Brokeback Mountain (Universal 1/24-3/12) – “I wish I knew how to quit you.”
  10. There Will Be Blood (Paramount 1/24-3/12)- “I drink your milkshake! I drink it up!”

The motivation? The winner will be the proud owner of a brand new 55” HD-3D TV. Entering is easy! Contestants simply visit the Winning Movie Moments contest page for instructions on how to upload their video version of a famous movie line, and then share the clip on Facebook. A qualified panel of judges will select 10 finalists, and the public will vote online for the final winner Feb. 18-26. The winner will be announced the week of Feb. 27th.

Titles in the contest can now be seen on Movies On Demand in most cable systems around the country.
