Fun at Abandoned Amusement Parks

Ever since I read the book The World Without Us and watched the History Channel’s Life After People, I’ve been obsessed with the decaying of the world. In fact, these days I’d rather tour an abandoned amusement park than spend $75 for a ticket and standing in line for an hour at each ride.

Lucky me, fallen amusement parks already exist, like the Six Flags in New Orleans (although Six Flags was probably vacant long before Hurricane Katrina), in Russia (the Chernobyl accident), and several other places throughout the world.
