Grilling is a pervasive tradition in much of the world, and there is also a huge variety in what we grill. What we grill, and what we eat is all about where we live but it lso tells us about how we live. Check out this infographic which details grilling customs around the globe. Surprisingly the Australia section doesn’t say to “Throw a Shrimp on the Barbie!”
