Internet Help Desk

I know this is terribly old, but like anything old, if you haven’t seen it, it’s new to you! This classic video by Wes Borg at Three Dead Trolls in a Baggie shows an Internet Help Desk “veteran” giving instruction to a new tech support agent. Anyone who has ever worked in this type of job can definitely appreciate the humor here:

I am not sure what Wes is up to recently, but in 2005 he did create the System Administrator Song, another internet classic. As a former System Administrator myself, I think this man is brilliant.
