Come Back to the Sea with Carnival

Carnival Cruise Corporation has had a rough go of it in recent years with some public relations disasters. So it wasn’t too surprising that they would run a commercial during the Super Bowl for the first time to help repair their image. We’re big fans of cruising, and although Carnival is far from perfect, we doubt they’re as bad as some would lead you to believe either. That said, we absolutely loved the spot which featured the voice and words of John F. Kennedy coupled with stunning images of their cruise lines. It’s embedded below in case you missed it :

We’re also particularly tickled that the religious zealots out there were upset by Kennedy stating that we came from the sea. We’ll consider that a successful commercial. Good show, Carnival.
